Each of the live classes are recorded. I even take a few hours to edit them to make sure that the recording you’re viewing is 100% directly related to the class.
Here’s the cool thing: You can watch the class right here on my website. If you have to pause it to go feed the horses, you can pick up right where you left off when you come back to the site.
One of the things I personally like best is that you can control the play speed of the video. Let’s face it, a long class can get… long. Bump that speed up to 1.25 or 1.5 times the original speed, and you can fly through! When there are places that you want to really pay attention to, slow it down to regular speed again. You can even make me talk in slow motion!
Of course, not everyone has a great internet connection, so I’ve got you covered there. On the class recording page there are download links. You can download the whole recording to your computer. Once it’s on your computer you can watch the class without having to connect to the internet.
