Once you’ve taught your horse how to move off the whip in ground work, you’ll need a little ground to carriage conversion kit.  That’s just what this lesson plan.  It’s simple, to the point, and fun!

This lesson plan was designed with both two-wheel and four-wheel carriages in mind.  These exercises have served me as my “whip tuneup” exercise for horses in regular training from the green horses, to accomplished athletes at the highest levels.  Once you have this lesson plan at your disposal, you can use it, again and again, any time you want to remind your horse just what you mean when you ask him to move off the whip.
