Description
A well-driven corner is all about balance. The whip is one of your most useful aids for showing your horse where his balance should be.
This, third lesson plan in the “Moving Off the Whip” series will help you refine your whip aids, combining them with movement through the corners. Five exercises designed to take advantage of your horse’s ability to anticipate coming requests and movements will get his balance right where it belongs.
This lesson plan builds upon the skills developed in the “Ground Work”, and “Side Step” lesson plans in the “Moving Off the Whip” series. You may want to work with those lesson plans before tackling this one.
